Putting yourself as number one. Courage & Grace is a curated intense training for women to open into their dynamic powers of being a woman in this uncertain and pressurized world. Following a holistic perspective so you can lead in a multifaceted way, taking in all of you, the artist, mother, light warrior, leader, seductress, entrepreneur. By stepping forward and committing to the six-week journey, engaging with other women hungry for transformation, and stepping into your feminine powers you will start to embody your innate female strength and activate lifelong transformation.
During this retreat, you will be staying at The Sanctuary in a shared room with a shared bathroom. There are mixed options for the room and it comes on a first come first serve basis. Please contact Yoga Meditation Sound for your choice of room and Yoga Meditation Sound will do their best to accommodate you. The accommodation has valley views, reverse cycle air conditioning, three bathrooms in the property, heated pool, gazebo, garden, fountain, sauna, hammocks, and more. Spacious bedrooms fully furnished, light, bright, and with a modern homely feel.
It is also a relaxing, peaceful environment, bird noises, fresh valley air, and large sun exposure. The property itself is situated at the top of the sacred aboriginal land of the Woronora Valley with distant and expansive valley views. In addition to the three-storied open plan living, there is also a beautiful second story indoor-outdoor yoga shala, communal open-air dining, and lush lawn also for yoga lessons, health bar, open plan fully equipped kitchen, salt water solar heated swimming pool, and an organic vegetable garden.
There are plenty of nature walking opportunities just outside the property, through the Woronora Valley and beautiful Camp Wanawong just below the property. The Sanctuary is situated in an intimate setting, perfect for smaller retreats of up to 11 guests and three staffs, which allows a richer experience, more personalized attention, and authentic friendships to form between retreat-goers.

You are free to participate in your way, whether that’s asking many questions, posting your own videos to share your voice, gathering feedback, befriending other members, contacting the Courage & Grace Team, or linking arms tightly with an accountability partner to keep motivated. All assignments, training, course materials, including the full delivery of videos, worksheets, and additional support are within the Courage & Grace Portal for access anytime, anywhere. Courage & Grace is curated to fit your lifestyle. Courage & Grace with Alexis Hannagan is a varied, unique, immersive way of learning touching you deeply so you experience new ways of being a woman.
Mixing a diverse smorgasbord of techniques including NLP, yogic technology, self-psychology, group, and partner work, and even more - it will enable you to touch new places inside you didn’t know previously existed. From weeks one to six, you will touch upon the unique strengths of being a woman in this new age.
Courage & Grace is designed to fit into your busy modern life, with specific curated learning tools throughout your six weeks to alchemize your activation and create a big impact in a short amount of time plus you will also receive all materials recorded and accessible to replay afterward. This gives you the option to join live or access everything at a slower pace on the replay.
Your total commitments include your spiritual daily practice, contact with your accountability partner, group online training for two hours twice during the training, the physical two-night retreat either in person or online, and working on your assignments. You will also have your bonus 90-minute personal session if you’re attending virtually and eight complementary women’s circles. Every part of Courage & Grace is flexible so you can choose how intensely you participate to fit into your lifestyle and calendar.
Daily spiritual wellness practice is at the epicenter of Courage & Grace exploration. Combining the teachings of Kundalini yoga and meditation, NLP, and women’s teaching’s you will be given the dynamic structure to bring about permanent transformation and create your own unique changes.

Alexis is a yoga and meditation teacher, professional Kinesiology, NLP practitioner, mind detox therapist, writer, mentor, and the owner of Yoga Meditation Sound. Currently based in Ubud, Bali, she teaches Kundalini yoga and meditation classes at Ubud Yoga Centre. She has lived and taught in a diverse range of countries around the world including Iran, Canada, Australia, England, India, Indonesia, USA, and France. Her class focuses on a deep spirited Kundalini style, filled with practical wisdom teachings, transformative breath-work, deep self-inquiry, devotion, insightfulness, and humor.

Loftus has its own railway station, and the retreat is only 1km away. If you catch the train from Sydney Central, it will take approximately 35 minutes. From Sutherland Train Station, the retreat is only three kilometers away. If you catch the train from Sydney Central, it will take approximately 30 minutes. Taxis are more readily accessible from Sutherland Train Station.
