"A wonderful tonic and inspiring retreat"

From the very start the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

Cheryl and Sarah were excellent hosts and instructors making sure that everyone's needs were catered for.

I loved the opportunity to go alone and meet new people with a common interest in yoga an well-being.

The classes were excellent and a very good blend of something familiar and something new.

The discussions on nutrition were also inspiring.

There were plenty of ideas to take away and add to my own practice.

"Yoga and fitness in the Peak District "

The facility and accommodation were stunning! I loved the mix of yoga and HIIT sessions. Both Sarah and Cheryl were very knowledgeable and really lovely with all the guests. Maybe we were just lucky but getting to know the mix of interesting people from all sorts of backgrounds was a real highlight for me.

"The most amazing few days!"

Cheryl and Sarah were just delightful. They made us feel very welcome and worked so hard to make our stay extra special. Their food was fantastic and their yoga and fitness sessions were great. All the little 'extras'...100 jumps in the morning, followed by a different freshly squeezed juice everyday, to swilling our mouths with coconut oil....all just added to this truly restful and relaxing and informative yoga retreat. I would highly recommend booking a retreat with Cheryl and Sarah. They are very knowledgable, enthusiastic and seem genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their guests I can't wait to book another one myself!

"Absolutely fantastic "

Everything about this retreat was fantastic. Cheryl and Sarah provided a great mix of styles of yoga and meditations and even a little bit of HITT. We had plenty of time to relax in-between sessions and refule with fantastic food. The accommodation was carefully picked and the setting was beautiful. Sarah and Cheryl are so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They purposefully kept the group small which was nice, I really bonded with everyone..it was a very memberable week that I will always treasure. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to join them on another.

"I had the most amazing time."

Cheryl and Sarah were absolutly fabulous, so welcoming and helpful. They put us all at ease right from the off. They gave us a varied and structured programme with plenty of free time to relax. Being a beginner, they showed modifications that I was able to follow while still allowing others to do the more challenging moves. I learned alot about yoga and the amazing benefits of it. The food was delicious and healthy and there was plenty of it. I met some really lovely people and was fortunate enough to share their experiences with them. The hole thing was fantastic and I'd love to do it again soon 😍

"Yoga retreat created with love and care. "

The location was stunning and the accommodation cozy and of a high standard. I enjoyed the variety of yoga and workshops. A program which allowed time to relax and chill. Classes were taught so that all levels could participate. Of particular mention is the vegan food.

"Excellent Retreat!"

The schedule was a great mix of yoga, fitness classes, nature walks, workshops, and other activities. And yet there was still plenty of free time for relaxation and personal activities! Food was incredible, Cheryl and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and skilled in their instruction, and the whole experience was enjoyable and relaxing from start to finish.
