  • 12:50 - 13:50 Hatha yoga / yoga postures
  • 13:50 - 14:05 Pranayama / breathing practice
  • 14:05 - 14:20 Meditation / yoga Nidra

There will be 4 online sessions weekly for 1 month. The duration for each session will be 1 hour and 50 minutes.

The duration of the retreat can be adjusted to 1 week (with 4 online sessions) or 2 weeks (with 8 online sessions).

Detox
