How the retreat works

The retreat consists of four online sessions per week for two weeks via Zoom, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Each session will start at 12:30 p.m. (GMT+1/GMT). The flexible timing is according to the requirement of guests. You can discuss the timing of sessions every week with Yoga Maithri when booking.
