During this retreat, you will enjoy spending your nights at the rustic cozy cedar cabins of Koke'e State Park. Make a fire in the fireplace every night, as you enjoy the cooler weather of Kauai. The cabins are equipped with full kitchens, fireplace, and shared bathrooms with showers. You have options to choose between shared twin or double room or a single bedroom.
During this short break retreat, you will experience daily yoga classes, meditation, and mantra chanting. You will also enjoy the breath taking panoramic views as you hike the trails of Koke’e State Park. See the majestic Waimea Canyon, called the Grand Canyon of Kauai.
Make a pilgrimage to the Nataraja Hindu Temple in Kapa’a, dedicated to Shiva, the legendary God of yoga. Swim under the most beautiful waterfalls on the island. See the majestic Napali Coast on a Catamaran Boat for the most beautiful sights of Kauai.
During this retreat, you will experience some exciting excursion including a visit to the Shiva Temple, Wailua Falls, and Waimea Canyon. You will also enjoy a short hike to Kalala'u Lookout and hike to Waipo'o Falls Canyon. Napali Coast sail, a five-hour tour, will be your final amazing excursion on your last day.
This retreat will take place at a cabin in Koke'e State Park, Kauai, Hawaii. North of Waimea Canyon on Kauai’s west side is Kokee State Park. Spread over 4,345 acres on a plateau 3,200 to 4,200 feet above sea level, Kokee State Park is covered in forest, wild flowers, and hiking trails making it an excellent spot to see native plants and colorful endemic Hawaiian forest birds like the ʻapapane, iwi, and moa.
The park also offers roughly 45 miles of the state‘s finest hiking trails. Some trails lead to views of Waimea Canyon, others wind through wet forests with sweeping views of valleys opening up to the north shore.
You will be provided with daily vegetarian meals including breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
Please book your flight to arrive at Lihue Airport (LIH). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Yoga Loft Hawaii will pick you up from the airport. It is recommended for you to take Hawaiian Airlines flight 123, depart Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) at 7:15 a.m., and arrive in Lihue Airport (LIH) at 7:54 a.m.
