Yoga science provides great tools to learn how to control the mind mainly by cultivating a peaceful mental state, not wasting any energy in negative or dysfunctional thoughts. Mindfulness meditation is recognized as a successful therapy for depression. Practicing yoga's physical aspects allows you to release stress and emotional blockages. Breathing techniques help you to calm down immediately. Last but not least, there is a whole philosophy in the yoga system which explain how to free yourself from suffering.

The retreat takes place at Bastide Yoga Limbs, a renovated Provencal house.. With the picturesque style of the architecture and the green space, it is an ideal place to restore and connect with yourself. The holiday aspect is felt around the huge pool and the proximity to all the touristic places.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

You will need to fly to Nice Airport. From Nice, you can take the bus to Cannes and then to Mougins (about 30 EUR go and return) or take a taxi at the airport to go directly to the retreat (about 80 EUR for one way).
