Jane started practicing Hatha yoga in 1991 and has studied with many internationally-recognized teachers in India, Greece, Italy, France, Canada, and England. She started teaching yoga in 1999 and is a senior yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance UK. She holds CPD Courses for yoga teachers as well for as those looking for a deeper meaning to life. In 2016, Jane spent five months at Yasodhara Ashram in Canada and is now a dedicated Yasodhara yoga teacher. She returned in 17 and 18 and qualified to teach Dream, Kundalini Yoga, and the Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga, which are reflective practices.

"A new rejuvenated you"
I thoroughly recommend the yoga retreat. I went for 3 nights and arrived on Friday feeling frazzled and left on Monday feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I had no prior experience of Yasodara Yoga and approached it with an open mind which brought great rewards. The setting is in idyllic and the food wholesome and delicious. I cannot praise Jane highly enough and would give her 11 out of 10!

"Relaxing weekend away"
Jane is lovely and tries to tailor the weekend to your specific desire. The food was delicious. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I really liked the meditation aspect of the weekend.

"Nurturing and Invigorating"
After an exceptionally hectic time in life, I arrived at Jane's in need of rest and time to integrate everything that had happened over the last few months. The whole experience was very nurturing on many levels. Jane is a truly wonderful cook and consistently managed to produce delicious meals despite my dietary restrictions. Her house has a fabulous bathtub, great for taking a long soak. There is a large garden where you can often find a sunny spot to sit. Jane teaches quite a unique style of yoga. I had never had a journal with me and written reflections during a yoga class, but quite enjoyed it. It helped me gain a different perspective on some issues and helped me feel more connected to myself. Jane always asked what I needed at the beginning of a yoga session, but she was also very intuitive. She showed me the best shoulder stretch which then made other poses easier. Overall I left feeling nurtured and reinvigorated. What a lovely retreat!

Thoroughly recommended. The house is generously sized, clean and tidy, with a great garden which attracts all sorts of wildlife. The rural location is peaceful and, for those with independent transport, provides a great base to explore North Norfolk, including local walks. The food was excellent and Jane went the extra mile to ensure it met my dietary requirements. That approach was also evident in her yoga teachings. My retreat was largely about personal development and I found the questions and reflection process challenging and different to my previous limited kundalini experience. Jane provided encouragement and support to make this easier for me.

"Brilliant retreat to escape Xmas and explore intentions"
The small group (six in total including the instructor) was a good size, sufficient company yet small enough to feel welcomed and part of the group.
I've come away with some useful insights because of the reflections we were able to do within yoga and the questions which Jane guided us to think about. Kundalini system, chanting, satsang and hidden yoga are all new aspects to me and I came with an open mind to the whole programme and have learnt a lot more than I anticipated.
Whilst I am not a vegetarian, I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian food which Jane cooked - it was very tasty and the variety of food over the 4-5 days was wonderful.
I stayed in the 'snug' which had a double sofa bed, and I also benefited from having sofas in the room (its normally the sittting room!) all to myself!! The room was comfortable and the rate was cheaper than a bedroom, and good value for money.
The surrounding area of Norfolk is beautiful and Jane took us on optional woodland walks and also a beach walk (15 minutes drive away) during our afternoons. We also built a fire in the garden for the evening twice which was a wonderful way to end the day. Jane is a superb instructor and host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to help you get the most from your time spent with her on the retreat.
