Sandra was born in Milan in 1978 and began to practice yoga during the years of her bachelor's degree in engineering in 2003. From that moment, she began her dedication to the Hindu discipline that brought her to travel numerous times to Asia, above all, to India. There, she decided to live in an ashram for several months and finished her yoga teacher training course.
