This retreat is designed for those who want to deepen their Iyengar yoga practice. Under the guidance of Iyengar yoga teacher Marina Jung, students learn how to get into their body and out of their head. Students go further and learn deeper through Marinas straightforward instructions, her mature and clear demonstrations of postures, and her strongly individual adjustments.
Daily program summary
The daily program starts with a light snack of fruits and coffee or tea, followed by an asana class for two and a half hours. We will then have brunch a little before noon. The rest of the morning and the early afternoon will be free for relaxing, excursions, swimming in the pool or having a massage. In the afternoon, there will then be a second practice of restorative yoga and pranayama.
