Ganga started her personal yoga journey as a teenager back in 1987 and has been guiding yoga and meditation classes in the Yoga in Daily Life System since 1997 in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, London, Birmingham, India and the Czech Republic, and since 2012 has been based in Scotland - mostly whilst living and working in ashram communities. Yoga has given deeply valuable guidance and purpose to her own life and therefore she feels privileged to pass it on to others as a full-time ashram volunteer.

Just what the doctor ordered...
Was such a lovely, peaceful and relaxing weekend. Ganga and her team were excellent hosts and teachers, with an interesting mix of activities/teachings (AND PEOPLE!) throughout the entire weekend.
Definitely felt that I was reconnecting with nature and look forward to seeing these lovely people again soon.
