Yoga Holidays Portugal is inviting you to this autumn themed retreat. Small groups, suitable for solo travellers, coupled or friends, etc. The retreat will be inspired by the changing of the seasons, and the principle of change itself. Autumn is a time of great change, the weather cools, days shorten, wind and rain are common. It is a time for us to fortify ourselves to prepare for the winter months. The routine of yoga practice, deeply nourishing breath work and meditation, healthy warming foods and fresh outdoor walks are all a feature of the retreat. It is time to explore the quietening and restorative qualities of yoga, as well as allowing you to have plenty of time to connect with yourself.
