Natalie came to yoga amongst the hectic world of London living as a restaurant manager always on the go. Inadvertently ending up in an advanced Vinyasa class, she had no idea what she was doing or how to make the shapes of the bodies around her, but she immediately fell in love with the energy in the room. A beginners course followed where she discovered space within her body and mind, and the feeling of reset amongst the madness of London life that yoga can give.
