Michelle Margaret Fajkus
Michelle is a believer in the power of poetry, circles, and stories. She is the creator of Yoga Freedom and has been teaching Hatha yoga since 2002. Since 2010, she has been giving yoga retreats in Guatemala that incorporate spirituality, creativity, good food, and community. Her style of yoga is called Yoga Schmoga, and it incorporates Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama (breath work), Yin yoga, and restorative poses, mindfulness practices, and meditation. She draws also from the Zen and Tibetan Buddhist traditions.
