Andrea is an alternate lifestyle lover, dedicated yogi, and mother. She lives on the south Pacific coast of Oaxaca. With the desire to guide yoga students to feel as good as she felt after classes, she began studying yoga seriously seven years ago building on a practice of 15 years. She graduated with 200-hour certification in Restorative Yoga and 300-hour certification in traditional Hatha and therapeutics-focused yoga. Having studied in Mexico and India, she believes that slowing the practice is essential in going deeper into the practice. Slow your practice and all will come.
Kine teaches Hatha yoga with a therapeutic perspective – focusing on relaxation before each movement: using the breath to let go, and then building on strength. She gives classes in therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, yoga flow - all levels, and classic Hatha yoga. Kine has been studying yoga for more than 10 years and graduated as a yoga teacher (RYT 200) in 2008, and Critical Alignment® Therapist in 2010. She has also studied Therapeutic Yoga with Susi Hately. She is now certified E-RYT 500 by Yoga Alliance.
The retreat will take place in Zipolite, Mexico, which is an unpolished, authentic Mexican destination. You will find an ocean-side community that loves to enjoy walks on the beach, sharing the sunset with friends and socializing.
