Why is it so difficult to find happiness in life? You all despair sometimes about what to do with those emotions which are so destructive in your life - the emotions that destroy your relations with others, affect your attitude and behavior and harm your physical and emotional well-being.

Usually, you repress them or dump them on someone else, both of which are very destructive, or try to replace them with positive ones which are only skin deep. However, you have no idea what transformation truly means and how to transform them.

Knowingly or unknowingly, you are continuously looking for the solution of it but you don’t have any access to the main source of answers. Just imagine how it will feel to be the master of your emotional life, rather than constantly feel like the pawn of other people and situations.

On this retreat, you will experience and be trained in many different meditation techniques and exercises that have been developed or recommended by yogis, Shiva, Buddha, Osho, Gurdjieff, and Sufi Mystics along with self-growth techniques.

Some of the techniques and exercises are more active, others more passive. Some are done with a partner, some alone, some are as a group. Some techniques use the senses (sight, sound, and touch) and all will help you to connect with your inner world.

This will involve consciously exploring the possibilities beyond the familiar center that you live in and function from. You will need to be open to and welcome new dimensions of life that will begin to unfold and manifest as you move within. All these methods are done in a light and joyful way with music so that you may dance and celebrate this transformation.

This retreat teaches the secret of alchemy:

  • How to find out the source of life.
  • How to transform the misery and painful emotions into more creative and nourishing energies, regardless of what is happening in your life.

With absolute clarity and practical insights, each individual can transform their inner unrest into peace and harmony. By using various yogic techniques and tools during the retreat, you will develop the skill to:

  • Increase the relaxation and rejuvenation of body-mind.
  • Enhance self-acceptance and self-esteem.
  • Lessen stress, strain, loneliness, fear and other negative emotions.
  • Better cognitive skill and creative power.
  • Improve resilience against pain and adversity.
  • Connect to inner wisdom and life purpose.
  • Deepen self-awareness and connection with whole existence.

Meditation Practices on “CHAKRAS & KUNDALINI”

Advanced meditation practice becomes easier and effective when we work deeply on energy body i.e. Pranamaya Kosha. Kundalini, Chakras and Nadis are the prime and most essential components of the energy body (Pranamaya Kosha). For the inner journey, the study of energy anatomy and their effect on physical, mental, and spiritual levels along with meditation practices are needed to understand and experience the chakra system, Kundalini and Nadis. This meditation teacher training program includes many meditation practices on chakra and kundalini to balance, unblock, re-align and activate them. These meditation techniques based on sound, breathing, guided instructions, visualization and mantras that intensify the awareness and awakening of the different chakras and kundalini.

Meditation Practices from “VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA”

This course also covers some of the powerful meditation techniques on breathing, listening, looking etc. from “VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA”; the most ancient text on meditation containing 112 meditation techniques given by Lord Shiva. The word “Vigyana” means ‘consciousness’, “Bhairava” means ‘the state which is beyond consciousness’, and “Tantra” means ‘the method’. Hence Vigyan Bhairav Tantra means the method of going beyond consciousness. VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA is all inclusive and first practical manual in the world of meditation and also called an encyclopedia of meditation techniques. It starts with Devi's questions and the techniques are the outcome of the response to the questions by Shiva. It is said that it is impossible for anybody not to find a technique suitable to his own level of spiritual development and inner temperament out of 112 techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
