Many people get caught up in their daily routines and forget that a mind - body connection is vital for maintaining a healthy and happy life. That is where yoga comes in! It forces us to slow down and breath, allows us to be present and feel things that happen to our bodies. For the period of 5 years yoga's been my passion and I've decided that I want to devote myself to yoga and share my love to it with other people.
