This retreat is precious time for you. Whether you are new to yoga or not, rest assured that you will be well supported within the dynamic morning asana practice and pranayama (breathing practice) to strengthen, energize, and calm your body, mind, and soul. The evening sessions are lunar in nature incorporating Nidra yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation. The aim of this retreat is to reach the state of sukha, the Sanskrit word of a blissful state. A blissful state is equal to the still water in the ocean far below sea level away from the turbulence on the surface.
Cal Reiet is a unique country hideaway with the authenticity of a home away from home atmosphere. Situated in the rural heart of Mallorca only moments from the picturesque village of Santanyi, Cal Reiet offers a true haven for relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. The retreat revolves around beautifully landscaped gardens with plenty of hidden corners for peace and quiet.
The hotel hosts 15 rooms and suites, 10 deluxe and luxury rooms located inside the main house, and two guest houses which offer 1 and 2 bedroom chic suites with full kitchens and private terraces.

Santanyi is an authentic Mallorcan village. It is a place away from mass tourism, a little town whose history and spirit seem to appeal to the creative kind. Santanyi has attracted many international artists over the years and various types of galleries and workshops can be found in the narrow alleys of this quiet country town. There is also the market to visit twice a week, and plenty of little cafes and restaurants.
The arrival day is Wednesday, September 7, 2016. You will have your first yoga session at 17:00 to 18:30. Every day, you will have 2 sessions of yoga, meditation, and pranayama. The duration is 3 hours and 30 minutes per session. The departure day will be Sunday, September 11, 2016. The last yoga session will be held at 07:30 to 09:00 and you will check out after 11:00.

Anette completed her yoga studies with accomplished teachers around the world. She acquired her 200 RYT with Baron Baptiste and Clive Radda. In 2013, she completed her 300 RYT with Stephen Thomas. From September 2015 until April 2016, Anette is deepening her yoga practice in the 200-hr advanced teacher training with Michael Hamilton from Airyoga.
Michaela was brought to Power yoga in 2001 by her love of exercise. In 2006 she completed her training as a Sivananda coach in Kitzbühl. She finished her immersion and teacher training (200 RYT) with Katchie Ananda in 2012. In her clases that are inspired by Hatha and Anusara yoga, Michaela strikes a balance between strength and gentleness. In addition to her yoga classes and to complement her holistic approach, Michaela also offers face and body treatments.
Petra began practicing yoga in 2009 in search of a more balanced life. Captivated by it, she travelled to India in 2011 to attend an intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa seminar. She completed the 200 RYT teacher training in 2012 at Centered Yoga Thailand. In 2013, she completed the 100 RYT pranayama teacher training with Paul Dallaghan and Sri O.P. Tiwari at Centered Yoga Thailand.
The food that will be served for your daily meals is organic vegetarian food. There is also a breakfast and dining area by the pool that offers healthy, delicious, and fresh buffet style cuisine.
At the resort, you can enjoy beauty treatments in a private room or you probably prefer an open air massage. The treatments are not included in the package.
