Yoga Teacher Training Bali

This 200-hour teacher training will give you the techniques you need to deepen your personal yoga practice, the skills required to teach others, and the courage to share your wisdom with the world. You will gain applied knowledge in anatomy, yoga kinesiology, intelligent alignment, beginner to advanced asana, and the art of assisting. Begin or deepen your meditation practice with daily mindfulness sessions and a one-day silent retreat. Tap into the wisdom of ancient yoga philosophy and explore the practical application of these ideas to our modern lives and practice. This course will ignite your passion for yoga, develop your voice as a teacher, and give you the confidence to craft classes that motivate and inspire others from a place of experiential wisdom and embodiment of the teachings.

This training is appropriate for serious students who are ready to start teaching, or for those who are simply interested in deepening their knowledge of the philosophy, skills, and principles of the practice on all levels. If you have already taken a 200-hour teacher training, this program will shed new light on what you have already learned and deepened your understanding of all aspects of the practice. In this 22 days of immersive training, you will explore alignment - both in the body and the mind, on the mat, and in the world. The Aligned With Purpose 200-hour teacher training is an exploration of yoga philosophy, techniques, and practices that will prepare you to become a versatile, knowledgeable, and inspiring yoga teacher and practitioner. This training is based upon an understanding of yoga as a practice that is not merely physical, but also psychological and philosophical - a threefold path. Yoga Dunia Lembongan incorporates the most up-to-date knowledge on the body and its movements into the training to help you acquire a practical understanding of physical form and function in asana. Learn to practice and teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga through the lens of alignment, intelligent movement, and physiology. Practice close observation of the unique bone structures, postural patterns, and alignment of each and every person in the room. Yoga Dunia is located on the magical island paradise of Nusa Lembongan, just a short 30-minute boat ride from beautiful Bali. A small, peaceful island, Nusa Lembongan is covered with pristine white sand beaches, warm turquoise waters, and lush jungle. Just as beautiful as Bali, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds, Nusa Lembongan is the perfect place to escape to for a transformational spiritual journey through yoga.

Diving, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, a warm and welcoming culture, breathtaking landscapes, and beautiful wildlife will make this island your new favorite place. Yoga Dunia is located on Tamarind Road between Mushroom Beach and Tamarind beach - about 100 meters away from crystal clear turquoise waters!

Things to do (optional)

Yoga Dunia Lembongan didn't include any extra activities to let you choose what you do during your free time. Lembongan is a rich island where you could experiment on different activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, spa treatment as well as chill and relax on a white sandy beach, even drive around both island Lembongan and Ceningan to discover the wildlife.

Spa treatments

Nearby the studio you could find many Spa, don't hesitate to go to enjoy a nice Balinese massage to relax after a long day of studying Yoga.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

The nearest airport is Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (airport code: DPS), which is located on the larger island of Bali, Indonesia. From here, you can take public or private transport to the port of Sanur to catch a boat to the smaller island of Nusa Lembongan. Yoga Dunia Lembongan encourages you to land three hours before the time of the departure boat.

From Sanur, you need to take a 30-minute boat ride to Nusa Lembongan and then the boat company will drive you to your hotel free of charge (ask them when you book your ticket).

Please be sure to check the boat timetables before arriving to be able to catch a boat before their last departure on your arrival day. You may need to arrive in Bali a day earlier if you have a late flight.
