Audra Patterson

Yoga has led me to find freedom on a physical as well as a spiritual level. Ever since I started practicing almost 20 years ago, I realized that yoga offers something different from other disciplines. Since then I have been able to open my body, heart, mind and spirit with deep connection, and I am more than thrilled to share this with others. TEACHING STYLE: Connecting breath with movement is extremely important to me, and my classes are creative, smooth and sweet but also strong and introspective.

"Excellent yoga - but not a 'retreat'?"

The yoga at Yoga Dicha studios is excellent: there's a wide variety of classes to choose from - from demanding vinyasa to restorative yin and sound therapy - and every instructor I practiced with brought something new and interesting to the practice. I definitely recommend this studio!

Estancia Juneja is a cute restaurant in the center of Tulum which does very good vegetable enchiladas and juices. I didn't stay in the advertised hotel as it was fully booked, but the Airbnb provided instead was very nice and the hosts were excellent. I wouldn't normally order a massage for myself, but it was excellent too - I definitely needed it after all the yoga, cycling & swimming of the week!
