Join Yoga Cruise Turkey on a unique pilates and yoga cruise in the Turkish Mediterranean. They are proud to present a new edition of their cruises in Turkey: a pilates and yoga cruise in late May to refill with as much sunlight and energy in your body and soul as possible for the upcoming summer. The experience to practice with a small group on a classic Turkish gulet in the pristine area of Fethiye and Gocec island is unique. You will have the opportunity to participate in a pilates and yoga lesson each day, led by certified teachers.
On the exclusive cruise, guests will sail along Turkey’s pristine coastline while participating in morning and afternoon yoga and Pilates sessions held by an experienced instructor. Take a dive into the crystal clear waters and swim with sea turtles. Share a cup of tea and a good story with some of the very few locals still living on the islands. You’ll spend seven days gliding through the turquoise waters, breathing in the smell of the sea and pine trees, and enjoying the benefits of daily yoga and Pilates practice.
Fran started doing pilates out of several injuries and chronic back pain some years ago. It did not only make a big difference with her health issues but also helped her getting fitter and happier in the daily life. She wanted to share this with others and became STOTT Pilates Instructor (Mat, Zenga/ Fascia, Reha, Pregnancy) certifying in 2017. As an oncology nurse she has a distinct knowledge of anatomy and the human body. Beside working Fran likes to read crime thrillers, spending time with her family and being out in the nature. -Wherever you go, there you are-
I have been practicing yoga for many years in Hong Kong before receiving my Yoga Alliance certified training in India. I have share the practice of yoga and teaching in Hong Kong and India since then and I am currently based in Turkey. Besides practicing and teaching yoga, I love dancing, traveling the world, reading, baking, reiki, aromatherapy, and blogging.
This yoga cruise will take place in Fethiye, Mugla in Turkey.
All freshly prepared, delicious meals will be provided on board. The Turkish cuisine is based on fresh and healthy products. The chef is a master in his field and you will be treated with the best breakfast you can imagine, fresh salads, delicious pasta dishes, barbecued fish, and vegetables... tea and snacks are included as well.
