Julie is deeply inspired by the work of the late Vanda Scaravelli and teachers of her work, including John Stirk, Diane Long, and Liz Warrington, who work with the relationship between the spine, the breathe, gravity, and space to find freedom of movement and health in the body and mind. Julie's work and classes also acknowledge the meditation of yoga and include meditation practice.
