Abbey Morris is a 500hr registered yoga teacher, meditation instructor and mindfulness educator. She is the founder of Yoga by Abbey in Ontario, Canada. Her passion for teaching lies in the mind-body connection she found through yoga while struggling with an eating disorder and considers our connection to the body to be foundational in emotional healing. Abbey is a very inclusive teacher who prides herself in creating a safe space for all to deepen their connection to themselves. She believes yoga is for everyBODY. Abbey teaches Vinyassa, Hathaway, Yin, Meditation & Restorative styles of yoga.
Jason Woodside is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, sound healer, and soon-to-be massage therapist. He places an emphasis on healing the body and preventing injury through a holistic and natural approach. He teaches several styles of yoga, with a particular fondness for Hatha and Yin. He will invite you to push your limitations while simultaneously working within them, creating space in the body, and supporting that space by building core strength.
