Our Summer Flow Yoga Retreat takes place in the coastal town of Altea in the Alicante region of the Costa Blanca, Spain. A region recognized by the World Health Organization as having one of the healthiest climates on Earth. Just experiencing the expansive clear blue skies and breathing in the clean fresh air will instantly bring about a sense of calm, soothe your senses and invigorate your soul.
We love this area and feel sure you will enjoy your holiday as much as we enjoy creating them for you. With a coastline of well over 200 kilometers, soft sandy beaches washed by warm calm waters and 300+ days of sunshine each year, the Costa Blanca has been attracting visitors to its shores for decades.
Youll see coast hugging mountains tumbling down to the sea along the entire length of the coast together with lush crops of citrus, olive, almond, peach, fig, cherry and carob trees amongst the Mediterranean fruits and vegetables ripening in the sun. The perfume from the blossom is truly intoxicating and helps create a naturally beautiful setting for your Blissful Retreat.
