Oceanside Harbor is a gem along the North San Diego coast with picturesque views of sailboats, charming shops, and restaurants - a perfect location for yoga practice on a paddle board.
You will have the opportunity to learn mindful yoga and meditation. Yoga Bloom Wellness will make a trip to Swamis Meditation Gardens in Encinitas, where you can apply your practice around beautiful coy ponds, flowers, and serene views of the ocean.

Suzanne has a passion for adventure and self-exploration. Little did she know that her greatest journey would be finding her true self through yoga and meditation. She was drawn to yoga for the gentle approach to stretching healing and toning. The love of the great outdoors runs deep, growing up in the mountains of Southern California.
Motivated by her mission to help others, Charlene graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, Georgia. She worked as a mental health technician at a children’s behavioral center where she obtained Basic Life Support Certification (BLS). Charlene believes yoga and meditation is an essential part of her spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. It is her way of self-care and rejuvenation as she serves others in their process of healing and growth.
All meals are homemade with fresh, real ingredients with antioxidant qualities. Since the meals are prepared on site, all ingredients are on site, they can be individually modified for gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian or your specific needs. There is a refrigerator and convenient outdoor cooking space. Carlsbad Village is less than a mile beach walk or bike ride with a plethora of restaurants and deli choices.
Meals will be prepared without preservatives but with whole, fresh food. Guests should let the host know if they have any special requests. Most requests can be accommodated. Some meals will be served as a picnic or beach sunset outing.
