Online Meditation and Pranayama Teacher Training

This course will give you all the tools you need to develop a daily pranayama and meditation practice. The content has been designed for those who want to learn or review pranayama techniques and yogic meditation as traditionally taught. Each technique will be explained in detail. Practiced and teaching tips will be given for all yoga teachers to be able to include these tools into yoga classes. The aim of this course is to help you establish a daily traditional pranayama and meditation practice and give you the tools you need to share this knowledge with others.

How the training works

This course is 100 percent online with one live one-on-one session via Zoom and Facebook. There are two contact hours and 18 non-contact hours. The instructional videos can only be watched within the course itself, and you will have lifetime access to all of the material. There will be some downloadable PDFs, some audios lessons, and workbooks throughout the course.
