Everyone comes to yoga with his or her own personal history as well as an individual body. Everything that is alive develops and changes in each moment. With this in mind, the yoga practices in this retreat are based upon the unique needs and potentialities of each individual. Rather than trying to fit your bodies and lives into the perfect image of yoga, the yoga practices are used to support and help you to grow as individuals.

Rebecca has been teaching yoga to both adults and children since 2005. In September 2012, Rebecca opened her own yoga studio in Westend (Munich, Germany). Rebecca began practicing yoga in 2001 as a way to balance her then hectic life as an international school teacher in Moscow, Russia. With a history in dance and ballet, she was immediately attracted to yoga and the sense of tranquility it gave her. With time, however, she learned that yoga is really less about physical flexibility and turning yourself into a human pretzel, and more about learning to live life to its fullest by learning how to let go and by breathing fully into the present moment.
