Jana is the founder of Yoga Balance Ibiza, a professional guide, and a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She teaches Vinyasa Krama yoga, Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, meditation. She will gently guide you into each pose so that you can find your balance and feel comfortable.
