This course offers a comprehensive, intensive and practical training on how to teach yoga. Yoga Arts welcome experienced practitioners who would like to further their skills in teaching yoga and experienced yoga students who would simply like to deepen their own yoga practice. The challenging nature of this course offers the opportunity for optimum growth and transformation.
Shala Bali is a beautiful purpose built yoga center in a quiet village area of Ubud. The Yoga pavilion is open on three sides with roll down blinds, for optimum air flow, with a timber floor. The view from the yoga pavilion offers a feast of lush gardens, coconut palms and rice paddy fields. It has recently be voted one of the most beautiful Yoga Shalas of the island.
Depending on enrolments, participants are either accommodated at The Shala Bali or Darshana Yoga & Lodgings, which is located right next to The Shala Bali. Rooms at the different venues vary in size, layout and decor.
The Yoga Arts' 300-hour yoga teacher training in Bali is accredited with Yoga Alliance. Participants who successfully complete this 300-hour training are automatically accepted to individually register with Yoga Alliance USA (fee applies) as a RYT 500 once they have completed a total of 100 hours of yoga teaching which is taken from the completion date of their 200-hour training.
For acceptance onto the Yoga Arts’ 300-hour training, participants must have completed a Yoga Alliance 200 hours accredited training with Yoga Arts or any other Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training school. A copy of your 200 hours certificate (not necessary for Yoga Arts 200-hour program graduates) displaying the Yoga Alliance stamp will need to be sent to Yoga Arts along with your completed 300-hour application questionnaire.
The objective on this training is to encourage awareness of how the tools and techniques of yoga can bring about inner transformation. This process of change is not always comfortable.
The challenging nature of the courses offers the opportunity for optimum growth and transformation, most importantly, is that the process of self inquiry is understood. Yoga Arts expects that students enrolling for any of their trainings have an understanding of the essence of yoga beyond the techniques.
Yoga Arts' aim is to offer the participants first hand experience of living yoga every day in a natural environment and to teach the skills to continue to live an Ayurvedic and yogic lifestyle for optimum health and well being. Enjoy the luxury of observing silence for periods of time throughout the five weeks of the Yoga Arts’ 300-hour teacher training, enhancing a deep sense of inner peace and calm, promoting the ideal internal environment for self healing to take place.
Silence will be observed for periods of time throughout the 300-hour yoga teacher training. The last week of the training’s schedule will be aimed at providing practical skills in teaching with time devoted to silence, in and outside of class. This course is designed for yoga teachers who are willing to dive deeper into themselves. This intensity is specifically designed to expedite ones understanding of the self. A 300-hour comprehensive training manual will be provided to each participant.
The yoga teacher training program will take place at the Shala Bali in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. This yoga resort has the perfect peaceful surroundings to allow students to go deeply inside and focus solely on their yoga study and practice. Ubud offers many excellent cafes and restaurants as well as money changing facilities, ATMs and inexpensive massages and beauty treatments. Not far away, you will find the famous Ubud markets where you can bargain for the best price. Within walking distance you will find shops, museums, temples, and vibrant cultural performances.

Meals are lovingly prepared by the Shala Bali’s experienced vegetarian chefs. Organic products are sourced daily to provide the teacher trainees with nutritious, well balanced meals available for purchase during the five weeks of the training.
