Jennifer has passion, patience, and a deep commitment to helping others be the best they can be. With 20 years of experience teaching fitness and movement, she enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Vanessa's fitness philosophy centers on the concept that anybody and everybody can benefit from Pilates and yoga training, due to each practice’s unique strengthening and flexibility concepts. Vanessa is experienced in both Pilates and yoga. She received her certification in the Satori method of reformer Pilates from Jake Holmes and Moji Austell of Pilates of La Jolla and is currently finishing up her 200-hour yoga teacher training program in San Diego, CA. Vanessa currently teaches at Aly's Pilates in La Jolla, CA, and she offers private, paired, and group sessions.
