Maggie

Maggie is a qualified mindfulness teacher and has been running Mindfulness and Yoga Holidays for four years in Portugal, India, and next year also Ireland. She teaches mindfulness for stress reduction, mindfulness for well-being, and mindfulness for creativity as well as the art of breathing.

    "Villa Champana is elegant and well equipped, the food was plentiful and tasty, we ate on the terrace by the pool surrounded by exotic trees and did yoga on the roof under the clear blue sky. The Mindfulness sessions cleared our minds, relaxed us and enabled us to focus. All fantastic."
