Program

Life often follows a certain script, guided by patterns of thought that have been ingrained within you. These patterns can inadvertently shape the situations you repeatedly find ourselves in, leading to a cycle of familiar experiences. This can often limit you to a specific set of emotional responses, such as guilt, fear, sadness, and anxiety, which become your default reactions to various circumstances.

Central to this transformative journey is an extraordinary blend of practices that converge to facilitate what Yoga Adi School calls an "emotional body detox." This unique blend comprises several potent components, each contributing to your emotional liberation.

Breathing exercises

Breathing is not just a physiological process; it is a gateway to emotional release. Through specialized breathwork, you will learn to channel your breath in ways that alleviate built-up emotional tension. These exercises not only promote a deep sense of calm but also enable you to regain control over how you respond to emotions.

Mantra chanting

The ancient practice of mantra chanting is a powerful tool for delving into your emotional landscape. Mantras, with their resonating vibrations, have the capacity to penetrate the depths of your being, dissolving emotional blockages that have taken residence within. As you engage in mantra chanting, you open yourself up to a sense of clarity and connection, moving beyond limiting emotional responses.

Spiritual mudras

Mudras are symbolic hand gestures that hold significant spiritual and energetic meaning. During this retreat, you will be introduced to specific mudras that aid in balancing and harmonizing your emotional energies. These mudras act as conduits for transforming emotional states, allowing you to release the weight of emotional baggage and embrace a newfound sense of equilibrium.

The emotional body detox session, encompassing these practices, serves as a pivotal cornerstone of the retreat experience. It equips you with the tools needed to untangle deep-seated emotional patterns, fostering a heightened level of self-awareness and emotional liberation. By purifying your emotional body, you pave the way for a life that is less dictated by habitual reactions and more receptive to emotions like joy, tranquility, and empowerment.

Yoga Adi School invite you to join us on this exceptional journey to rejuvenate your body and mind, shedding the layers of emotional burden that no longer serve your well-being. The "Serenity Within" retreat promises a guided path towards a version of yourself that is not only free from emotional constraints but also empowered to embrace the full spectrum of human experience.

Yoga Adi works with ancient yogic techniques to increase the flow of prana in order to help to remove the unconscious weight of mental stress. Emotional unblocking is a unique experience that liberates the intellect from past conditioning and creates empty space in the subconscious mind.

The blossoming of unmanifested occurs within the empty space, just as your mind and body require unlearning the old habitual response system and blossoming the new persona free from any emotional bondage. Whereas in naturopathy, it is a profound saying, "Naturopathy cure starts when the body starts to heal itself."

All the activities performed in the naturopathy are based on the removal of all toxins from the body, resulting in a fully cleansed body capable of restoring its health towards overall well-being.

Yoga asanas are offered in accordance with your skill level. Yoga Nidra and chakra healing meditations sum up the retreat, channeling your energy into the deep blissful state.

Naturopathy healing techniques effectively cleanse toxins from the body using five elements, attuning the immune system back to its true nature. Daily yoga practice and guided meditations will provide you with short yet skillful insight on how to heal yourself.

During this retreat course, you will undergo a short yet skillful training of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting. You will also get familiar with a yogic lifestyle which is piled up with spirituality and is devoid of any extravaganza. Satvic food and sadhana are the main pillars of a yogic lifestyle, which you would get accustomed to during your retreat period.
