How the training works
This course can be fully completed in just 5 days. But you can take the course in your own time and at your own pace. If you would like to fast track your Yin yoga teacher training and finish in 5-days, you are recommended to follow this schedule:
- 08:00 - 09:15 Morning yoga flow (live stream)
- Breakfast break
- 10:00 - 13:00 Yin yoga theory (recorded)
- Lunch break
- 14:00 - 16:00 Homework, office hours, practice teaching (at your own pace)
You will have homework assignments to complete in order to get your certification. All classes have been recorded live and you will have up to 2 months to complete the course, your homework/coursework assignments and submit them. This way you can complete the training in your own time frame.
