You will be accommodated at The Old Rectory. It is a luxurious country house in Devon. This is a spacious 19th century country house, situated in the unspoiled North Devon countryside, nestled between Exmoor and Dartmoor. The Old Rectory, set in five acres of landscaped gardens and 20 acres of river meadows, has been totally refurbished and sleeps up to 26 adults.

It offers the perfect balance between luxury and homely rustic charm, complete with its own spring, salt water swimming pool, sauna, and a love for everything organic. It really is the perfect place to retreat to. The facilities included in this country house are dance barn and yoga studio. For the energetic workout, there is a small gym, gorgeous walks, a tennis court, a solar panel-heated outdoor salt water swimming pool with "swim jet", and an infra-red sauna for sore muscles.

For those that simply like to relax between sessions, there are plenty of quiet, inspiring spaces, amazing books, and stunning gardens to meander in. The gym is equipped with weights machine, running machine, rowing machine, medicine balls, gym mats, and free weights. The tennis court is surrounded by rhododendron bushes, beeches, and elms with a terrace view. There is a croquet lawn with the rackets and balls supplied.

The Old Rectory has 12 stylish bedrooms with mainly king and queen sized beds, some featuring double and four poster beds each with flat screen TV and DVD player. The rooms boast comfortable beds with organic cotton sheets. Each has either a power shower or deep bath. Many of the rooms can be set up as either twin single beds or one super king bed.

"Practice you" is all about knowing yourself. It is up to you - the author of who you are and who you will be in your life. What do you say about yourself to yourself? May your yoga practice release what is not serving your growth and energize lasting connections to your own knowledge. This course will help you to value your own vision and pursue it. It will bring a greater understanding of where you stand and for what you stand.

It is designed to up-level your emotional intelligence. Throughout the three days, you will honor your past, design your emotional present, and divine your future. As you navigate the course, you will open interior spaces, clear out doubts, and create trajectories of joy. It will involve physical practice, meditation, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, massage, and partner work.

Each session will finish with guided meditation that promotes complete physical, mental, and emotional healing. Be prepared to lose track of time and let go of the outside world. You will be prompted to observe with refinement and be the architect of your own transformation.

Day one will be known as "Anchor", followed by day two and day three known as "Align" and "Arise" respectively. Each day of the program, you will define and discuss these three concepts as they relate to your work and living.


Together, you will explore resilience as a symptom of your ongoing transformation, and begin to design what you need at this time to feel grounded, creative, and ready for these times.


Together, you will bring your inner dialogue into the spotlight, and design the structures needed to align who you are in the world with who you are for yourself in the quietest moments.


Together, you will develop subtle habits of thinking and being, and refine your subtlest daily actions, thoughts, and leanings so you can bring your finest service in these times.

    Rad Kaim is a certified 500 RYT Hatha yoga teacher and has been running retreats for the last five years all over the world. He is interested in coaching, energy healing, and meditation. He has a mission to get more men on the yoga mats. His passion is to inspire and empower men on their personal life journey, to enable them to recognize their own definition of happiness, integrity, and power.

During this retreat, you will be served with breakfasts which are included in the package. Many venues in the village are available for lunch and dinner. You can choose any of them, but lunch and dinner are not included in the prices.
