This course provides a globally recognized qualification as an Antenatal and Postnatal yoga instructor via affordable, self-paced, in-depth online training that fits easily around your life. On completion of the course, you will be able to provide safe and supportive yoga classes for pregnant students and new mums. You will have the knowledge to teach a wide variety of appropriate yoga, meditation, relaxation practices, and well-formatted and nurturing techniques.
Enrolment is made via completion of the online application form and a contract of learning. Applicants are required to include proof of their existing yoga teaching qualification unless they have completed the World Yoga Alliance-approved Yoga 2 Hear 300-hour yoga teacher Diploma course.
This course is for those with an existing yoga teaching qualification. It provides 100 hours of further training certified by the WYA and carries 10 CIMSPA CPD points. It has been created for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of how yoga positively influences the antenatal and the postnatal periods and wish to become fully qualified to teach group classes, 1-to-1 sessions, and to integrate antenatal and postnatal students into existing yoga classes.
This yoga instructor course excelled in the international education standards of the globally recognized World Yoga Alliance and is certified by them as a 100 Hour Online Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor Course.
This course has also been mapped to the meet the very high standards of CIMSPA, completion of this course provides 10 CIMSPA CPD points.
Yoga 2 Hear as an organization have been assessed by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) and are approved by them as a CIMSPA Training Provider and Education Partner. This provides all Yoga 2 Hear training courses with a second, powerful, internationally recognized ‘stamp of approval’.
Successful completion of the course permits entry to the World Yoga Alliance or any other yoga governing body and will allow you to obtain public liability insurance and work as a yoga teacher anywhere in the world.
Live sessions are available on Zoom by arrangement. Students receive a globally recognized qualification to teach Antenatal and Postnatal yoga, and every student that passes receives a certificate.

The training is self-paced, they can start and finish when they like, and it will take at least 100 hours to complete. These 100 hours can be used towards gaining a 500-hour teacher training or higher.
