In this modern world, everyone is dealing with constant stress from societal and professional pressures. A majority of the health problems are rooted in mental and emotional stress. It is not easy to sit silently and meditate with a lot of tension in the body and mind.

You will have to adapt to the modern day meditation practices to be more effective for your current life. In the ancient days, life was more simple and natural. There was no necessity for catharsis (purification through purging action). In the body, there are many blockages and unless they are healed actively, sitting silently will not be effective. So first, you will need to move your body through the breath, dancing, and mindful exercises, such as yoga asanas.

Yoga and pranayama classes

The yoga sessions will be a balanced combination of poses and a sustained increase awareness of posture. The focus will be on how to become aware of the body, breathing, and movement patterns. It’s a non-competitive practice focused on body sensations and breathing with awareness. You can start practicing yoga at any phase of your life, regardless your age, health challenges, or flexibility.

Active meditations

Through structured activity and movement such as chaotic breathing, catharsis, expression, laughter, crying, shaking, jumping, dance, or gibberish active meditation helps to first release stress, rebalance the mind, and purify the body of the many layers of repressed thought forms and emotions accumulated in the body and energy.

Active meditations are jet-speed methods that have helped even the busiest minds to experience silent gaps of inner peace quickly and effortlessly.

Ayurvedic massage sessions

Ayurveda is a traditional form of massage that utilizes herbs and special oils to help release stress and tension in the body. After an Ayurvedic massage, you will feel calm, relaxed, and energized.

Ayurvedic consultation with Ayurveda doctor

Finding out your Dosha (body constitution) will optimize your health and help find the balance and harmony in your being. Diagnosis, according to Ayurveda, is not merely knowing about what is wrong in the body but also to find out the root cause of this. Stress is the main factor for many modern illnesses, here you will get to know how to best adapt to a hectic life style and yet remain calm.

"The experience at YogNisarga was lovely and unforgettable. The yoga classes where for advance yogis, but with instructions from teacher, a beginner can perfectly follow the class. In just 6 days, I was feeling already the evolution on my body and on my awareness. The location of the school is inside a resort with nice facilities, right next to the beach. The yoga, the teacher, together with the kindness of the people, the smiles and the delicious food makes me recommend this place, and would like to come back one day. Thank you very much for all your help and the lovely experience Prem Sandip." website, edited

" I attended the 200 hrs Asthanga vinyasa yoga teacher training at Yognisarga in February - March 2015. I chose Yognisarga based on their content on the website and several positive reviews. My expectations came more than true. Yognisarga maintained during the month a high quality course. They have several excellent teachers for the different classes: anatomy, Yoga philosophy, alignment, teacher skills, Ayurveda, pranayama, Bandhas, mudras, meditation, teacher skills, start your own business and of course the daily asana practice. Great thanks to the excellent classes by the lovely Deepika and Prem. The course is intense, 100% attendance of the classes is acquired but the course is packed with all round knowledge about yoga lifestyle. At the end of the course I gained confidence, knowledge and lots of fun in deepening my own yoga practice and teaching Asthanga vinyasa yoga. I booked the course without the accommodation and meals, and this was the best choice for me and my partner. It's very easy and cheap to arrange your own accommodation in Goa, and this way you can choose whatever accommodation suits you best and choose your meals freely from lots of excellent restaurants and beach shacks. If you've never been to Goa, don't be surprised that a lot of accommodations are low budget and adjust your expectations to that"

"Yog Nisarga was found to be a learning supportive environment. The surroundings in Palolem is conducive for this endeavor with its natural endowment of a beautiful beach, greenery, polite and warm local people. Instructors were professional yet friendly, and adhered to the rigor of the Yoga training. Course content is comprehensive with a good balance of practice session vs theory. Variety is introduces with meditation sessions, beach walks and on-the-beach practice sessions. Best part of the course starts mid-way through the training when students are given ample time, opportunity and support to practice their teaching skills among their peers. All in all, a wonderful learning experience at the school and good times with peers.."

"My trip to Goa and to Yog Nisarga was a fantastic experience. When one compares India to a Western culture; a trip to India is full of surprises and new experiences. Should we do a Teacher Training course with Yog Nisarga? My overwhelming response would be Yes. The benefits far outweigh the costs. Getting outside your comfort zone and connecting to a culture that is so warm and friendly is incredible. The class becomes a team, where everyone makes an effort to support you to achieve your goal. I have a memory and a yoga practice that I hope will last a lifetime!"

"Important experience for me. Good teaching level, had some of the best teachers of my life. They could transmit motivation and enlightenment. About the location and accommodation I was really happy, beautiful hall directly on the beach, never wore any flip-flop. Naked feet for one whole month, nothing better to feel grounded."

"In December 2014 I took part at the 200hrs yoga teacher training at YogNisarga. The location couldn't have been better, direct at the beach and the Indian Ocean. Simply fantastic! The accommodation was rather basic and the W-Lan not very reliable. So what, a small price to pay for being direct at the sea at this price. Speaking about the price, the whole package is great value for money. We were a small international group of students with different levels of experience and knowledge. Yet, the teachers did understand it how to pick us up as a group and still to coach respectively to cater to our individual needs. Coming from the hustle and bustle of the western world, it took me a few days to be able to let loose. But then a whole new world opened up to me. I did learn a lot about Yoga and also about myself. I had to challenge myself on several occasions yet with the assistance of the teachers I felt comfortable and succeeded. I am looking back to an amazing time with amazing people. I am saying thank you! Yours, Bob"
