The journey to becoming a yoga teacher starts with establishing a personal practice, a dedicated study of the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and applying their core principles in your life. The Yoga Nisarga 200-hour program will help you to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice and teaching. Yoga Nisarga is a Yoga Alliance USA recognized Yoga school. For 23 days, you will be immersed in the theory and practice of yoga, yoga philosophy, and the art of teaching. During the course, you will have the opportunity to apply your new theoretical knowledge by teaching classes to your fellow students. By the end of the course, you will return home not only with all the skills you need to be a competent yoga teacher but also with many fond memories of your time in India.
Goa is a much greener state in India, and Yoga Nisarga is located in beautiful nature just 10-minute walking distance from famous and beautiful Ashwem Beach, Goa. The Yoga center is a two-story building surrounded by coconut trees and nature with a mountain, an ideal location for Yoga Teacher Training and Retreats. Rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The rooms equipped with a king-sized bed with a fan, mosquito net, attached bath, and hot water. You will enjoy yoga and meditation practice on the rooftop specious yoga hall with beautiful mountain view.
Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Through yoga teacher training in India, students would gain a comprehensive understanding of yoga asanas. Also, you will acquire a more profound insight into different kinds of safety measures, adjustments, contraindications, and alignments.
Pranayamas are breathing exercises that are practiced to calm the mind, bring in more prana to the whole being, and help control it. Different breathing techniques stimulate different centers of the brain and they have a healing effect on the body while working through the nervous system.
Upon successfully finishing the yoga teacher training, the student will be accredited to impart
Pranayama lessons without withholding.

focuses on the depth of experience that makes life satisfying and rewarding.
At Yoga Nisarga, students will learn how to avoid injury while practicing yoga. They would turn out to be an expert in understanding the anatomy of the body. You will cover the various systems of the body such as the skeletal, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, nervous, lymph, urinary, endocrine systems.
Ayurveda recommends a diet for each dosha and different diets for different seasons. Students will gain an understanding of Ayurveda basics and the fundamentals of a vegetarian sattvic yogic diet.
Yog Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity. Yog Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditation practices, leading one's awareness through many levels to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
During the course, you will learn how to teach the asanas postures, how to plan a good class
sequence of postures and all the basics of teaching yoga classes from start to finish. The teaching skills covered include demonstration, observation, correcting, observing other teachers, receiving and giving feedback, and the general qualities that make a person an effective teacher.
In this class, you will learn about the physical processes taking place during each trimester, the do’s and don’t for each phase from a yogic perspective, to select and modify appropriate prenatal asanas, and use the props that make the practices safe and beneficial for both mother and unborn baby.
In this class, students will learn how to introduce yoga postures to children in a fun and playful way, how to create a friendly and safe environment in the class, how to plan the class time and modify asanas according to the specific needs of their young students’ developing bodies and minds.

Tanja is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and B.A. Physiotherapist who has dedicated herself to the study and practice of yoga and other healing modalities. As a teen, Tanja began to study philosophy, nutrition, and meditation. Since then, she has delved into a variety of healing modalities, such as core energetics, Hatha yoga practice, enlightenment intensives, Rebirthing, Vipassana and Zen retreats, the Feldenkrais method, aromatherapy, Thai massage, and Yumeiho therapy.
Swami Chaitanya Hari is a Director of Yoga Nisarga and registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). “Yoga to meditation”– that’s the essential path which SwamiChaitanya Hari has to offer in his teachings. Swami Chaitanya Hari founded Yoga Nisarga in 2007. Chaitanya was introduced to Yoga and meditation practices when he was six years old by his elder brother Yogi Abhay. As a teen, he began exploring various Yoga and meditation paths.
Sandeep was born in bharman family. He did masters in Yoga Science from U.K.O University, Rishikesh. He has good knowledge of Ayurvedic and sujok acupressure therapy. He spent 2 years in Rishikesh to have a Spiritual experience with different Gurus and self Sadhna.He went to Himalayan caves, Vipassana and tushita to have experience of a silent meditation. He is passionate and loves to Teach & practice Yoga, sharing his knowledge, growing & gaining more experience in the spiritual field.
Dr. Siddhesh has completed the degree in Ayurvedic medicine (B.A.M.S.) from Goa University. He decided to take this further in serving the society through General health care by using general principles of ayurveda. He has successfully done several trips to Russia and Ukraine. Due to his Academic interest he also delivers lectures on ancient principles of ayurveda. He carries an experience of more than 10 yrs in the field. To keep himself abreast of trends in ayurveda, Dr. Siddhesh attended numerous conferences of national and international stature.
