Jasmine’s unique style draws on her seven years of teaching yoga and her extensive study of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Jasmine’s firm grasp of anatomy and deep interest in yogic philosophy is woven through her classes to create a poetic exploration of the mind and body. Ample attention is given to anatomical alignment to help enliven the physical experience, while simultaneously maintaining a focus on the breath and mind-body experience to create a well rounded, holistic class.
Georgia Taylor Foster
Georgia is your host. She is also a meditation and yoga teacher qualified in Vinyasa, Hatha, and her passion Yin yoga, which she will be teaching on this retreat. Georgia invites her students to discover Yin as a uniquely subtle and compassionate journey of self-discovery and surrender. Her teaching style is playful, yet her instruction is technical and deliberate with a focus on mindfulness, meridian lines, and fascia.
