"Kaytee was the perfect teacher for me as I came back to yoga after many years of absence. Her encouragement and patience brought yoga back into my life as a daily practice. Now, having left Boquete, I take special joy in the memory of savasana with Kaytee. After a good home workout, using her music and the same essential oils, her voice is always with me, reminding me as I breathe and wind down that “this space is always available to you." Thank you Kaytee!"
