Born on a Caribbean island, Audrey has always had the sense of adventure. She has traveled through 24 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. After spending 10 years in the audiovisual sector in France, she trained as a hatha and ashtanga yoga teacher at the Shree Hari Yoga School in South India. Through the practice of yoga, she discovered a philosophy that she wants to share by teaching a hatha yoga respectful of the Indian tradition. A gentle but intense meditative practice that allows you to work deeply in your self-awareness. She teaches in French, English and Spanish.

"Amazing yoga retreat"
The location was amazing - only 50m from the beach, and such a beautiful house. The yoga and kayaking were professional and well organised, there were lots of activities which were challenging and fun. Audrey was a fabulous host and yoga teacher, she made us feel at home and was friendly. I met some wonderful people and had a super week, I have made some considerable progress with some of my yoga postures.

Great kayaking experience. Beautiful, peaceful location in authentic Spain. Lovely, lovely instructors! Audrey & Samah put so much effort in to making sure everyone enjoys all the activities and has the best time - great team who happily adapt and are open to special requests.

Very Good and interesting variation of yoga lessons daily, patient and profesional teacher. Very nice accomodation and very good supyoga lessons. Good program with activities every day. Free time on your own. Good balance of every thing!
After this week you feel you want to practice more supyoga...its a very good "let's try " a new activity! :-)!
