A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Please note: All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness you can take leave with the respected teacher's permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on students monthly performance.

Rajesh has been living with holy and saintly people since his childhood. He was brought up in a place where spirituality is the home atmosphere. He is an expert in Hatha, Kundalini, and Mudra yoga, and mantra chanting. Yogi is currently pursuing a Master of Science Yoga Degree from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.
Yogi Yashpal was born in the very holy place of Rishikesh and is the founding director of Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School. He is a gold medalist and multiple medal winner in numerous state, national, and international yoga championship events. He has been teaching for five years and is a master of the primary series of Ashtanga-style Vinyasa flow yoga. He has an excellent knowledge of Vinyasa flow style yoga. He is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance USA. Yogi has a Master's Degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.
Deepa Ji has been living with holy and saintly people since his childhood. She is an expert in Hatha yoga and the primary series of Ashtanga style. Her extensive background experience in various yogic topics allows her to assist students on an intimate level.
Yogi Naveen Ji is an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher and holds an M.A. degree in Yoga and Naturopathy. He has been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa flow for the last 5 years now. He is a very hardworking and enthusiastic asana Instructor, he is always looking to improve himself and developing new modified and comfortable ways of asanas to help his students all the time. Through expert adjustments and a deep understanding of asana, his student’s abilities, and injuries, he is able to push his trainees to the next level in their personal practice as well as their own teaching.
Swami Ji will be the yoga philosophy instructor.

If you arrive at Delhi, Yash Yoga School has a transportation package for 150 USD which will cover your airport pick-up, transfer from Delhi to Rishikesh (by car), and after completion of the course transfer back from Rishikesh to Delhi. One-way transportation i.e. Delhi airport to Rishikesh can also be availed for 75 USD.
In case, your flight arrives late at night and you want to stay overnight in Delhi, the airport pick-up cost will be 25 USD, and reasonably good accommodation at a hotel in Delhi can be arranged for 40 or 50 USD.
An overnight bus from Delhi will cost around 550 to 1050 INR to Rishikesh and will take around six hours, depending on the traffic.
A pickup taxi directly from New Delhi airport will cost 4500 to 6000 INR and will take around 5 hours, depending on the traffic.
