Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. Pattabhi Jois. In 200 hours yoga TTC Vinyasa Yoga Ashram teach their students basics of Ashtanga yoga and they guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematic way according to the Ashtanga yoga tradition which includes:

2. Course manual is provided to students during the course
3. Yoga mala - Sri pattabhhi jois
4. Asana pranayama mudra bandha
All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on student monthly performance.
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be in the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class. Clear your books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. Student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.
An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules. If student cancel the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
Yogi Rajesh was born and brought up in a place where spirituality is the home atmosphere. He is an expert in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kundalini, meditation, pranayama, mudra, and mantra chanting. He has a Masters of Science Yoga Degree from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.
Yogi Manesh Ji is an Ashtanga yoga teacher. He is a master of yoga sciences from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (Haridwar). He is teaching Ashtanga yoga for more than three years and he knows the essence of yoga. His classes are full of energy, very motivational, and inspiring that takes students beyond the mind’s obstacles. He is a natural Ashtanga yogi who can teach at any time in any condition and that what makes him an inspiring teacher. He is also known for his alignment and adjustment classes by giving various easy methods to perform the techniques.
Yogi deepraj ji is vinyasa flow & pranayama teacher at Yash Yoga School in Rishikesh. He is gold medalist of national yoga championship 2011. Yogi Deepraj ji teaches yoga for 2 years and holds master degree in yoga sciences from dev sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (Haridwar). His classes are very interesting and inspiring with full of knowledge that he brings from his personal experience. His knowledge of yoga gives students a clear vision about yoga and it’s practices. He is one of the best vinyasa flow yoga teacher and students love his nature, discipline and seriousness.
