Ashtanga yoga postures

Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. Pattabhi Jois, in 200 hours of yoga teacher training, Yash Yoga School teaches their students the basics of Ashtanga yoga and they guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematic way according to the Ashtanga yoga tradition which includes:

Food

The students are served nutritious vegetarian meals three times per day. The food is prepared in a yogic way and with organically-grown and fresh ingredients. Most of the vegetables are grown in the school's own garden.

The food is cooked with a lot of love so that the life of the students is rejuvenated and recharged after each meal. The meals are prepared according to the need of the course. You will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, together with waking you up with herbal tea for good health.

Please note that if you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager to avoid food waste.

Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). A domestic flight from Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport (DED) will cost around 4000 to 9000 INR. There will be a taxi waiting for you at the Jolly Grant Airport.

An overnight bus from Delhi will cost around 550 to 1050 INR to Rishikesh and will take around six to nine hours, depending on the traffic.

Arrival by taxi
