Program

This 100-hour YTTC is actually a part of a 200-hour YTTC. You will be honored with the yoga certificates at Yash Yoga School after the 100-hour yoga course is deemed to be completed.

Over the last few years, there has been an amazing upsurge in the learning or practice of yoga. People choose yoga not only as a part of an exercise but also as part of a treatment. But sometimes people skip this incredible practice due to lack of time. So, the 100-hour yoga teacher training course is for those who are limited in time and want to deepen their practice.

All classes are mandatory. Only in case of an emergency or illness, you can take leave with the respected teacher's permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on students monthly performance.

In order to attend the orientation program, you should arrive at least a day before starting the course. On the first day at 11 am, the course will start with a yoga ritual. On the last day of the course, the graduation ceremony takes place and it finishes at 8 pm, therefore, departure should be planned one day after the completion of the course.
