A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, you are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes.
Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. Pattabhi Jois. In 100 hours yoga TTC, they teach students the basics of Ashtanga yoga and they guide them through the complete Ashtanga yoga series in a systematic way according to the Ashtanga yoga tradition which includes:
On 1st week: Introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A and B. On 2nd week: Standing sequence postures and use of yoga props.

He is a gold medalist and multiple medal winner in numerous state, national, and international yoga championship events. He has been teaching for five years and is a master of the primary series of Ashtanga-style Vinyasa flow yoga. He has an excellent knowledge of Vinyasa flow style yoga. He is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance USA. Yogi has a Master's Degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.
Deepa Ji has been living with holy and saintly people since his childhood. She is an expert in Hatha yoga and the primary series of Ashtanga style. Her extensive background experience in various yogic topics allows her to assist students on an intimate level.

Delhi airport to Rishikesh by car is a 6 hours journey. From Dehradun, it is a 30-minute drive by car, so you save a hustle.
Please book your flight to arrive at Dehradun Airport (DED). Transfer from the airport is included. Yash Yoga School will pick you up from the airport. A domestic flight from Delhi to Dehradun Airport (DED) will cost around 4,000 to 9,000 INR.
Travel by bus is quite cheap but a bit inconvenient for first time visitors. An overnight bus from Delhi will cost around 550 to 1,050 INR to Rishikesh and will take around six to nine hours, depending on the traffic.
Another good option is to travel by train. From the airport to New Delhi train station by car, then by train to Haridwar and from Haridwar to Rishikesh by car.
