Accommodation

Facilities of Yandara Yoga Institute are rustic and modern, emphasizing comfortable outdoor living. They have three large enclosed yoga pavilions, a gorgeous saltwater pool, canvas glamping cabins for a more luxurious stay, comfortably furnished tents for base accommodation option, flush toilets and hot water shower facilities, and a kitchen, dining, and lounge area.

They do provide a laundry service once a week (8 USD a load, washed, dried, and folded). If you prefer, there are sinks for handwashing on-site and they supply laundry soap.

Deluxe tents

The majority of yogis that attend this teacher training choose to stay in deluxe tents. These are big tents that most people are able to stand up in. Each tent has a comfortable twin-size bed and mattress, a small set of drawers, and a lamp. Bed linens are provided, but Yandara Yoga Institute does not provide a bath towel.

Comfortable and yet still close to nature. They like to call it comfort camping. They have seven bathrooms and eight showers on campus.

Program

Learn to teach yoga from the heart. At Yandara, they emphasize precision alignment as a foundation for any style you choose to teach. They provide you with the necessary skills to create a safe and effective yoga class, all while nurturing your unique gifts and passions.

One of the highlights of the Yandara program is the variety of yoga styles offered. You will experience Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and more. The program opens to all ages and skill levels. They will help you become the best yoga teacher you can be.

Yandara is one of Yoga Alliance’s most successful yoga teacher training schools with over 5,000 graduates since 2004 and one of the highest-rated schools at Yoga Alliance. They offer over twenty trainings throughout the year in several different areas of focused study.

What makes Yandara special is the ability to inspire you to tap into your unique potential, guiding you along your own personal journey. They believe that being a yoga teacher is far more than cueing movements and breath. It is about inspiring students to be present and teaching them how to live with purpose, so that they may ultimately reconnect with their true selves.

The Yandara teacher trainers have a wealth of knowledge and experience, both physical and energetic. The program is just as much of a teacher training, as it is an experience designed to enhance your life and help you become more authentic in your interactions, on and off the mat.

If you are looking for training that offers you the time, space, and support to shape your own personal path, all while giving you the tools needed to confidently lead a yoga class, they are here for you. Yandara has a team of lead trainers that will support you on your journey.
