Sasha took her very first yoga class over 20 years ago. She loves reflecting on how her practice has evolved since then and even more so after her teacher training in 2010. Her life mantra is “balance, balance, balance” and this is something she believes goes beyond yoga - it can be applied in every aspect of one's life. Sasha wants to share her inspiration to find balance in her own life through yoga. She has a lifelong passion for traveling, adventures, dancing, good food, and all things active. She enjoys sharing the balance of her high energy and calming nature with her yoga students.
Jamie has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She experienced the healing aspects of yoga for neck pain following her 2nd marathon. Yoga forces her to slow down, breathe and experience the healing that comes with breath. She will challenge even the most advanced yogi with moves that offer depth and allow each person to reap benefits past what they thought possible. Yoga, for her, allows strength through flexibility…a lesson she carries into so many areas of life. Jamie lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her three kids
