The practice of mudra hand gestures is an ancient facet of yoga. Performing gestures effects the energy flow of the body and can change a person’s spiritual and mental characteristics.
The practice of bandhas expands the lung capacity and breathing capabilities during yoga. It also strengthens the entire body from the inside out.
All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will effect on student monthly performance. Always be in the time, if you are late, you will not be permitted to join the class.
In order to attend the orientation program, one should arrive at least a day before starting of the course. On the first day at 10:30 the course will start with yoga ritual. On last day of the course, graduation ceremony takes place and it finishes by 11:30, therefore, departure should be planned one day after completion of the course.

She has 9 years of experience in teaching and conducting workshops, seminars, and retreat and her total experience includes working with organizations and renowned Academies and have also gained vast experience of dealing and counseling people by working with Academy.
Yogi Navkant Juyal Completed Masters of science in yogic science and holistic health. He is trained in a different aspect of hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga psychology yoga therapy and health. He loves sharing the knowledge and his experience of yoga learned from different yoga professors and teachers of university. He will be helping to understand the basic principles of yoga so the student will be able to prepare their base and begin there journey in yoga; the journey which is leading you toward becoming aware to your real self.
Yogi Rajeev Kumar Nautiyal holds a bachelor in Engineering from Graphic Era University. After months of experience in the area, he felt the need to change his life for a more meaningful one and found himself immersed in yoga as a life-changing philosophy. As well as attaining a 500-hour TTC certificate, he has also graduated in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand University and in Yoga Naturopathy. He currently teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and pranayama.
Yogi Surendra has been instrumental in the Yogic path since 2000. He has been trained extensively in Yogic Science from various world-renowned yoga institutes and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education (PGDYed) from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Yogic Science and Holistic Health. Apart from his Yoga training, he is also a Certified Sound Healer from IASH and Master of Self Hypnotherapy from California Hypnosis Institute. Currently, he conducts in-depth Yoga and Meditation teacher training in association with Yoga Schools in Rishikesh.
This yoga teacher training takes place Rishikesh. The accommodation is located near to the divine Ganga River embraced by beautiful mountains and breath-taking views nearby. It is peaceful and bright, providing an excellent location for your inner journey. World Peace Yoga School is in Laxman Jhula Street, where you can find everything you need, just like shops, restaurants, ATM, healthcare, bike rentals, etc. Post is just right next to the school, just a five minutes' walk. Police station is also next to the school as well.
You will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be pure filtered water available for students 24/7, free of charge. Food provided at the center is 100% vegetarian, not vegan. You will need to inform World Peace Yoga School in advance so the chef can prepare food for you especially. Please also inform them if you have other dietary needs. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform kitchen manager for avoiding food waste.
World Peace Yoga School has taken extra precautions by hiring a dedicated staff to prepare each and every meal at the school from fresh ingredients. Eating outside of school is pretty safe in the restaurants at Rishikesh. If your stomach is sensitive, you should beware of eating street foods.

Depending on the time your plane arrives in Delhi, this can be a tricky option. Volvo buses (best condition) from Delhi to Rishikesh stop running around 9 p.m. at night. If your plane arrives in Delhi around evening time, you will have to get a hotel for the night and then make your way to Delhi ISBT (Interstate Bus Terminus) in the morning. From the airport, get a prepaid taxi to take you to Delhi ISBT. You should only go to government approved taxi stand located right outside the airport exit. The price from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Delhi ISBT will be 600 INR.
Once you arrive at Delhi ISBT, navigate your way to the bus station's ticket stands on the second level (go up the escalator). Go to the Uttarakhand State booth and ask when the next volvo bus (best quality) will be leaving for Rishikesh. That bus ticket should cost between 600 - 800 INR.
Make sure to ask the bus driver / bus director where they drop off at Rishikesh. You should depart from the bus at Rishikesh bus station (there's only one) which is usually their last stop if their destination is Rishikesh. Once you arrive at Rishikesh Bus Station, find an auto rickshaw (tuk tuk) to take you to Laxman Jhula at World Peace Yoga School (Tapovan Resort).
