We are very particular about food and serve only hygienically prepared nutritious and healthy food. The food is served thrice a day with changed menu. World Peace Yoga School pays special emphasis over yogi food for all its students.
Food provided at our center is 100% vegetarian but not vegan. It can be arranged provided you inform the chef about it well in advance.
We serve 3 vegetarian meals per day (and a cup of chai during our tea breaks) for the duration of the course.
Our meals are unlimited. Generally, you’ll get a plate of food with all of the various vegetarian Indian dishes appropriate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (according to a yogic diet.) We always make a surplus of food for our students, which is usually placed on the dinner tables for our students to grab from if they want more of a particular dish. You can also always feel free to talk to our kitchen staff if you’d like your meals prepared a certain way or if you’d like extra food.
The World Health Ayurveda at the world peace yoga school.
