Allison Jones is co-owner of Wonder Yoga. She found yoga in 2004 during her senior year at Wellesley College. Yoga became integral to her healing from an addiction and childhood trauma. She hit bottom in 2004 and sought out therapy, 12 step programs, yoga, and meditation. Yoga helped her to deal with anxiety and PTSD, feel strong and flexible in body and mind, become comfortable in her own skin, and gain confidence. Several years into her own healing journey, she realized that she wanted to help others experience the benefits of yoga and meditation.

Esteban da Cruz
His backgrounds are originally in the classical Iyengar and Ashtanga lineages, though his practice has synthesized those roots with everything he has learned through the study of biomechanics and anatomy, eastern philosophy and meditation, and personal experience practicing into a mindful slow-moving Vinyasa with attention to breath and a focus on creating external alignment in order to observe internal patterns.
Once Katie was able to enroll in the Down Under Ayurveda School, things really changed for her. She first enrolled in 2017 in the 200-hour Ayurveda Fundamentals Program and upon completion, immediately signed up for the 650-hour Ayurveda Health Counselor Program. It is the first of its kind at the Down Under School and a privilege to be a part of. Learning how to take better care of herself and help those around her has been the most exciting and inspiring shift in her life.
