Colleen Cannon founded Women's Quest after a highly successful career as a professional triathlete. In her racing days, she was a World Champion in 1984, and National Champion in 1988 and 1990. She was also a multiple U.S. National Team member. Her passions, besides chocolate and being in nature, are liberating and empowering women through movement, balance, and targeting their true "hearts' desire". Colleen continues to evolve adventures for Women's Quest, delighting in ways to enchant women with the experiences that coax happiness grown from joyful physical experiences.
Jacqueline is just the best at everything, including pottery. Jacqueline was also a professional triathlete for many years. She also rode in the first Women's Tour de France. She has a love of water and was a National flat water and kayak racer. She loves to help people on ropes challenge courses. She now fills her very busy days with selling real estate, making and teaching pottery, leading Women's Quest adventures, working for New Horizons, and riding with Pedalers Fork.
The yoga instructor, Nancy Goodfellow, knows which poses most benefit sore surf muscles and incorporates awareness of the body into each session. She can help you reduce tightness in the hips and shoulders as well as improve strength and flexibility. Nancy teaches Anusara inspired -Vinyasa style yoga classes which are designed to nourish the body, release tension, and allow you to connect with yourself.
