Come and dive deeper into your practice and share stories with other yogis around the cozy fireplace. You will be excited to gather with a small group to practice, study, and share from experience. Wolfs Yoga's beautiful space provides you with all basic needs in a community setting. They open their doors for you to retreat and do your own yoga practices. If you need some guidance, they will be around to help.
The house has a spacious living room with big fireplace. The kitchen is full of vegetarian food and there is a separate yoga space. There are two bathrooms, a private or couples room, a shared room for two, a shared room for four people, and a teacher's room.
Wolfs Yoga has an outdoor swimming pool filled with fresh mineral water from the mountain and a big garden to wander around with meditation spots. The surrounding nature reserve offers beautiful hikes. If you are looking for some quiet time for yourself, this is highly respected. Yoga spaces are opened all day.
This retreat is here to provide a place to retreat for yogis to coming together, practice, study, and share from experience. On the arrival day, you will have dinner and an evening gathering.
You will begin your day with sunrise morning self-practice or Mysore yoga before having breakfast and take the rest. After your lunch, you will have free time to explore the beautiful surroundings, practice in the studio by yourself or with others, cool down in the outdoor pool, or just relax with a book. In the evening, you will have dinner with other yogis and then enjoy fireplace gathering and sharing.
Amwo lets you feel and explore the fields of yoga to find a deeper connection. In 2008, he found a deeper connection in India and learned to recover from his sports injuries. While traveling the corners of the world, he connected with cultures, solitude, and shamanism, and studied with great teachers of the traditional yoga lineage. In 2015, he graduated from a year of teacher training at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. He has knowledge of the Ashtanga, Meditation, Nidra, and Yin styles of yoga.
In 2005, her yoga journey began as a way of dealing with the challenges of modern day life. She experienced the benefits and decided to dive deeper into the practice. She teaches from experience, creating a safe, challenging, and peaceful environment in a way that gives students space to explore and to be themselves. She has knowledge of the Ashtanga, Mysore, and Mindfulness styles of yoga.
Traveling the world and studying in India for his passion, body, and mind, Michael's goal is to help people get to know their nature and essence, and connect the body and mind by gaining awareness in the practice. He has knowledge of the Hatha, Iyengar, Mindfulness, and Meditation styles of yoga, and of qigong and tai chi practice.
This retreat will take place in national park Sierra de las Nieves, El Burgo, Málaga, southern Spain.

Daily meals are included in the price. Wolfs Yoga has a big kitchen with lots of healthy vegetarian food to enjoy. For breakfasts and lunches, you can grab whatever you want. For dinners, you will be cooking in volunteering teams like a small community. You also have fresh delicious filtered mountain water straight from the tap.
Massage and healing are available at an additional cost of 40 EUR for 30 minutes.
Please book your flight to arrive at Málaga Airport (AGP). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Wolfs Yoga will pick you up from Málaga Airport (AGP) with the shared cost of 80 EUR or you can pick a taxi with an additional cost of 110 EUR. From Málaga Airport (AGP), you can take a bus, car, or taxi to the village El Burgo where Wolfs Yoga will pick you up.
